Submission Overview

The submission overview is your central user interface for all underwriting cases. It provides an overview of every submission that has been received and processed by Silverarrow.

Submission List

When you log in, the submission overview shows a list of all cases for your organisation. Each row displays:

• Named insured — The company name extracted from the submission
• Broker — The sender of the submission email
• Status — The current lifecycle stage of the case
• Date received — When the submission email was ingested
• Documents — The number of attached documents

Filtering and Search

You can filter the submission list by:

• Status — Show only cases in a specific status (e.g., “Four-Eye” to see cases awaiting review)
• Date range — Filter by when the submission was received
• Search — Search by named insured or broker name
